This is a master server, which is used by Novetus clients to get a list of available servers.
The master server does not host any games itself, it only provides a list of servers that clients can connect to.
If you are a server owner, you can add your server to this list by using the Novetus client with the appropriate parameters.
If you are a player, you can use this list to find servers to join.
Make sure to point "Master Server Address" to www.noteswiper.mydns.jp in to use this master server.
BTW idk why my master server won't work, i guess the reason is from HTTPS :/
